: Despite the cost of living rising, consumers are more upbeat about household expenses, J.P. Morgan survey says

Rising household costs are set to remain challenging this year as consumers in the U.S. and Europe run out of pandemic savings and begin to cut discretionary costs, but at least they are feeling less pessimistic than six months ago, according to the latest cost of living survey by J.P. Morgan.
